Set your standard and custom report preferences
by Intuit• Updated a day ago
Default report settings in QuickBooks Online Advanced and Intuit Enterprise Suite allow you to set your formatting preferences one time and have them apply across all your standard and custom business reports.
Instead of manually adjusting details like fonts, negative number formats, and decimal displays every time you run a report, you can now set your company-wide defaults in one central location. This feature is designed to:
- Save you time by eliminating repetitive manual adjustments.
- Ensure consistency by giving all your reports a standard, professional look and feel.
