Learn how to create a copy of the previous week’s shift and publish them for QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online.

If you have QuickBooks Online Essentials, QuickBooks Online Plus, QuickBooks Online Advanced, QuickBooks Online Accountant, or QuickBooks Workforce Premium or QuickBooks Workforce Elite, you can also create a copy of the previous week's shifts there.

Notes

  • Will copy all types of shifts (published, drafts, unassigned) based on view and filters.

  • Repeating shifts aren’t included in the copy.

Create a copy

  1. In QuickBooks Online: Go to All apps A bunch of numbers and letters on a tile wall., then Time, then Schedule (Take me there). Or, in QuickBooks Time, go to Schedule.

  2. On the calendar, select Full, then Week in the dropdown.

  3. Select Actions, then Copy Previous Week.

    1. If needed, make any adjustments, and select Publish.
