How’s Intuit using Generative AI?

GenAl is a new technology that has a lot of benefits, but it's still evolving.

GenAl powers many of our Intuit AI features. It's used to uncover insights, answer business-related questions, or propose work we can do for you. We don't use GenAl to calculate the numbers in QuickBooks.

What you should know

• Intuit safeguards customer data and protects privacy using industry-leading technology and practices, and adheres to responsible AI Principles.
• If you need extra help, have questions, or if something looks off, get in touch with human QuickBooks experts (fees may apply).
• Intuit AI can do work for you, but you’re always in control.
• Some Intuit AI features may currently be in beta and available at no additional cost for certain users. Pricing, terms, conditions, special features, and service options are subject to change without notice.
