If you are going to contact support, it is important to know which QuickBooks product you have. An easy way to do this is to sign in to the Intuit Accounts Manager.
Just type ‘accounts.intuit.com’ into your browser and hit Enter. Then use the same login you use to sign in to your QuickBooks product.
