Learn how to unlink a payment from your invoice in QuickBooks Solopreneur.

Unlink a payment by marking  your invoice as unpaid. This helps when you’ve already linked a payment from your bank transactions to your invoice but want to unlink it. Here’s how.

Mark as unpaid

  1. Go to All apps A bunch of numbers and letters on a tile wall., then Sales & Get Paid, then Invoices (Take me there).
  2. Find the paid invoice and select the ▼ dropdown in the ACTION column.
  3. Select Mark as unpaid.
