How do I get started?
Just schedule a call. An expert will guide you on managing your books and how to get everything you need from QuickBooks to run your business with confidence.
What qualifications do bookkeepers have?
Our team of bookkeepers includes professionals from almost all industries.
Additionally, all of our bookkeepers have the following credentials:
Active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification
Active QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor certification
Minimum three years experience working with QuickBooks Online
And at least one of the following:
They’re an active Certified Public Accountant
They’re an active Certified Public Bookkeeper
They have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
They have expertise in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
What's included in Intuit Expert Assisted?
QuickBooks-certified bookkeepers are available to give you guidance and answer questions you have on topics like categorization, automation, reconciliation, reporting, and workflow management. You can request a callback anytime when you need a little extra help. Bookkeepers are available Monday–Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM PT.
Some basic bookkeeping services might not be included and will be determined by the bookkeeper. The bookkeeper will provide help based on the information provided. These services might be subject to change at Intuit’s sole discretion.

Bookkeepers can provide general information and relevant resources to help you find answers to a variety of common tax topics, including:

Our bookkeepers can't give you tax advice specific to your business, or prepare and file your taxes for you.
What payroll tax support can I get?
An expert can provide general information and relevant resources to help you find answers to a variety of common payroll tax topics, including:
Payroll to payments
Payroll to filing
Payment settings
Managing payroll tax requirements
Our payroll tax experts can't give you specific advice for your business, or prepare any forms for you. This includes Forms W-4, 1099, and other payroll forms.

Can I switch or cancel plans anytime?
You can switch or cancel QuickBooks Online plans anytime. You can also cancel or switch between Intuit Expert Full Service Bookkeeping or Intuit Expert Assisted anytime.
