Bank error 351 usually means QuickBooks can't download transactions until you update the connection with your bank. 

Update your online bank connection

1. Go to All apps , then Accounting, then Bank transactions (Take me there).
2. Select the Update Now link from the Let's fix this bank connection banner.
3. Follow the steps to update the connection. When prompted, log into your bank account.
4. Once connected, QuickBooks can download transactions again.
