From your mobile device

1. Open QuickBooks Workforce. 
2. You have a few view options:
   • Today’s shift: Select Overview, and find the Schedule section. 
   • All assigned shifts: Select Schedule.
   • Your group or the company shift schedule (depending on your view permissions): In Schedule, select Full Schedule.

Clock in to a shift

Note: This is only available in the Workforce app.

1. In the Workforce app, select Overview and go to Schedule.
2. Next to the shift, select Clock In .
   • Note: You can only clock in to a shift from Overview. If you need to switch jobs or customers or clock out, go to Track Time, or select a new shift from Overview.
