Intuit Intelligence is your built-in AI assistant in QuickBooks Online and Intuit Enterprise Suite. Type a question or request in plain language and Intuit Intelligence can take action, pull up key information, or guide you through tasks so you spend less time searching and more time running your business.
Note: An active QuickBooks Online or Intuit Enterprise Suite subscription is required to use Intuit Intelligence. Multi-entity management is not supported at this time. Payroll actions require an active Intuit QuickBooks Workforce subscription.
What Intuit Intelligence can do
Use the following table to explore common tasks and example prompts. Just type your request in your own words and Intuit Intelligence will understand. You don't need exact phrasing.
