Intuit Intelligence is a new system built into QuickBooks to help you "Ask once, know instantly, act confidently."

It works by bringing together these powerful elements to the platform:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Does tasks for you, answers your questions, and learns how you work.
• Business Intelligence (BI): Shows you helpful reports and details (insights) that connect all parts of your business, like accounting, payments, and payroll.

Together, this system turns your scattered information into clear answers. It helps you go from seeing a helpful detail (an insight) to getting the job done, all inside QuickBooks.

A connected system, not just an assistant

The intelligence in QuickBooks has grown. What started as a helpful assistant (Intuit Assist) is now a full system. It brings together automated tasks, data details, and expert help.

Instead of just answering questions, Intuit Intelligence helps you take action. It can help check your transactions, write reports, and spot things that look out of place.

Unlike other tools, Intuit Intelligence uses your actual company data. You don't need to upload files or worry about writing the perfect question. It gives you custom tips and suggestions just for your business.

How Intuit Intelligence helps you

You can use the open prompt (the chat box) inside QuickBooks to ask anything about your business. You can ask simple money questions or ask "what if" questions about your future. Simply chat with Intuit Intelligence to get instant answers and, more importantly, act on them.

• Ask a question: Get quick, clear answers for questions like, "What's driving my profit?" or "Can I afford payroll next week?"
• Automate work: Your AI agents, like your Accounting Agent, can finish tasks with many steps, such as sorting your spending or preparing reports for you to review.
• Get insights: See your most important numbers, patterns (trends), and future guesses (forecasts) that are all about your business.
