Better banking experiences
- Bank feed improvements: Improved AI-powered Bank Feeds make managing transactions faster, easier, and more accurate. Based on your feedback, we’ve added features like drag-and-drop attachments and AI-driven data extraction from PDF bank statements—all designed to save you and your clients time while providing clarity and confidence in their finances.
- Smoother bank connection flow: Managing bank connections in QuickBooks Online is now simpler and more efficient. With our new feature, your clients' bookkeeper can easily send a direct email to the bank account owner, enabling them to quickly resolve connection issues without unnecessary back-and-forth. This streamlined process saves time and eliminates the hassle for both clients and their bookkeepers.
- Streamlined bank reconnection experiences on mobile: In the QuickBooks mobile app, we've improved tools for managing bank connections. Your clients will now receive clear alerts and actionable in-app guidance to quickly resolve bank connection issues, helping to keep transactions up-to-date. With streamlined error messaging and deep links, your clients can fix connections directly from their phone, ensuring a smoother experience.
More automation and time savers
- New inventory features: We've added 4 new features to Inventory, helping you simplify operations and improve accuracy. Automated inventory quantity adjustments minimize manual entry, while Moving Average Cost (MAC) accounting delivers more reliable inventory valuations for non-perishable goods. Item receipts ensure accurate quantity tracking, and upgraded sales order functionalities include custom fields, adding attachments, and converting sales orders to POs.
Usability, quality, data and performance
- Autosave and data protection enhancements: Say goodbye to the days of losing unsaved data on sales, expense and accounting forms when you or your clients' browser accidentally gets closed or if you navigate away from a page. With the new autosave feature and popup warnings, QuickBooks Online now ensures you can work confidently without worrying about accidental data loss. From invoices and expenses to bills and journal entries, we've got you and your clients covered.
- Enhanced shipping address management: You and your clients can now store multiple shipping or delivery addresses within a single customer profile. By eliminating time-consuming manual workarounds, this enhanced feature streamlines your clients' workflow, saving time and improving overall efficiency.
- Multi-email support for vendors and customers: You and your clients can now store multiple email addresses within each vendor or customer profile in QuickBooks Online, allowing you and your clients to easily send POs, invoices or other communications to different contacts within the same company. With the ability to associate multiple emails to a single profile, you and your clients can seamlessly send the right documents to the right people, saving time and reducing communication errors.
- Refreshed "modern view" reporting: The new "modern view" of reports in QuickBooks Online combines the familiarity of "classic view" with the intelligence and power of "modern view" — helping you and your clients work faster, smarter, and with more confidence. With improved navigation, auto-refresh features, and enhanced drill-downs, you and your clients can save time, reduce errors, and gain reliable financial clarity, all while enjoying a cleaner, clutter-free experience.
- Improvements to report navigation: We've optimized your scrolling experience on reports to utilize the available space more efficiently, especially for large or detailed reports. Now you and your clients can navigate reports smoothly and efficiently, focusing on your data with a more natural, intuitive experience.
