If you've signed up for Intuit Expert Assisted Bookkeeping, you can request a callback. Or, schedule a time to talk to a bookkeeper whenever you need help.

Schedule an appointment with a bookkeeper

Request a callback or make an appointment with a Intuit Expert Assisted bookkeeper directly from your QuickBooks Online account. Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. At the corner of the screen, select Contact experts.
3. Then, select the green button that says Connect with an expert.
4. To get you to the right expert, select from the following options:
   • Bookkeeping
   • Payroll
   • Tax
   • Product & tech support
5. Select the topic you need help with. If the topic isn’t listed, then include your reason in the comment box and select Next.
6. You’ll have the option to schedule a callback or make an appointment when it’s best for you.
   • To schedule an appointment, select Appointment. The next available appointment will be displayed. If that date and time works for you, put in your contact information and select Schedule appointment. 
   • If you want a different date and or time, select Find a different time and pick a date and time that works for you. Then select Schedule appointment.
   • To schedule a callback, select the Callback option.
7. Enter your first and last name, email address, and the phone number you want your bookkeeper to call you on.

View, change, or cancel your scheduled appointment

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to Contact experts at the top of the screen and select Connect with expert.
3. Select the option you previously scheduled an appointment for:
   • Bookkeeping
   • Payroll
   • Tax
   • Product & tech support
4. To edit or cancel your appointment, select view appointment.
5. From there, you can manage your appointment and select one of the following:
   • Choose a different date or time
   • Update your phone number 
   • Cancel appointment
6. Once you make your selection and confirm your changes, then your appointment will get updated.
