Sign up for QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted bookkeeping so you can request a callback, or schedule a time to talk with a bookkeeper whenever you need help. Here’s how.

Schedule an appointment

Request a callback or make an appointment with a Live Expert Assisted bookkeeper directly from your QuickBooks Online account. Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Live Experts from the left panel.
3. Select from the following options:
   • Bookkeeping
   • Payroll
   • Tax
4. Set up an appointment schedule or a callback.
   • Select Schedule appointment, or Have us call you to schedule a call back.
   • Check for available appointments, then select Schedule Appointment.
   • To select a different date or time, select Find a different time, then select Continue.
5. Enter your contact information.

View, change, or cancel your scheduled appointment

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Live Experts.
3. Select the option where you set up the scheduled appointment before:
   • Bookkeeping
   • Payroll
   • Tax
4. Select the current appointment, then select Edit appointment.
5. Manage your appointment.
   • To change the date or time of your appointment:
     • Select Choose a different date or time.
   • To change the phone number:
     • Select Update your phone number.
     • Enter the new phone number.
     • Select Done, then select Update phone number.
   • To cancel your appointment:
     • Select Cancel appointment.
6. Select Yes, cancel to confirm.
