If you've signed up for QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted Bookkeeping, you can request a call back, or schedule a time to talk to a bookkeeper whenever  you need help. Here's how.

Schedule and manage appointments with a bookkeeper

Request a callback or make an appointment with a Live Expert Assisted bookkeeper directly from your QuickBooks Online account. Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Live Experts from the left panel.
3. To get you to the right expert, select from the following options:
   • Bookkeeping
   • Payroll
   • Tax
4. You’ll now have the option to schedule a call back or make an appointment when it’s convenient for you.
   1. To schedule an appointment, select Schedule appointment. The next available appointment is displayed. If that time works for you, select Schedule appointment Or, if you want a different date and/or time, select Find a different time and select a date and time that works for you. Then select Continue.
   2. To schedule a call back, select the Have us call you option.
5. Enter your first and last name, email address, and the phone number you want your bookkeeper to call you on.

View, change, or cancel your scheduled appointment

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Live Experts.
3. Select the option you previously scheduled an appointment for:
   • Bookkeeping
   • Payroll
   • Tax
4. You can view your upcoming appointment here. To edit or cancel your appointment, select the current appointment. 
5. Select Edit appointment.
6. Manage your appointment.
   • To change the date or time of your appointment, select Choose a different date or time.
   • To change the phone number your bookkeeper will contact you at, select Update your phone number and enter a new phone number. Select Done, then select Update phone number.
   • To cancel your appointment, select Cancel appointment. Then, select Yes, cancel to confirm.
