Check your firm's ProAdvisor certification status and projected tier
As your firm prepares for the transition to Intuit ProPartner Accountants, keeping track of your team's certifications helps you understand and secure your firm's projected tier. This article shows you how to check your team's current certification status and enroll them in training, whether your firm uses QuickBooks Online Accountant or Intuit Accountant Suite.

How do I check my firm's projected tier?
To see exactly how your current certifications impact your standing:
Go to ProAdvisor.
Find the banner that reads "ProAdvisor is evolving into ProPartner Accountants."
Select the link in the banner to open the ProPartner Accountants preview page.
Review your firm's projected tier, current point total, and the points needed to reach the next tier.
Select Compare tiers to see the benefits at each level, such as expanded revenue share, dedicated customer support, and access to Intuit Accountant Suite Accelerate.
How do I check my team's certification status?
Where you check certification status depends on whether your firm uses QuickBooks Online Accountant or has migrated to Intuit Accountant Suite.
If you use QuickBooks Online Accountant
If your firm has not yet transitioned to Intuit Accountant Suite, you can access ProAdvisor Academy and team credentials directly from your QuickBooks Online Accountant profile.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant as a firm admin.
From the left navigation menu, select Team.
Select the Certifications tab to view your team's current credentials.
If you use Intuit Accountant Suite
If your firm has already made the switch to Intuit Accountant Suite, firm admins can view individual transcripts, monitor exam progress, and track renewal deadlines to ensure your firm maintains its active certification requirements year-round.
Sign in to Intuit Accountant Suite using your firm admin credentials.
Point to Firm hub, then point to ProAdvisor, and select Manage training.
Review the list of staff linked to your firm console, including each team member's name, completed and in-progress programs, and completed and in-progress courses.
How do I enroll my team in certification training?
You can enroll your team in ProAdvisor Academy certification programs from either platform.
If you use QuickBooks Online Accountant
From the left navigation menu, go to ProAdvisor, then select Training.
Select Start learning. You're automatically signed in to ProAdvisor Academy in a new tab.
From the My Hub page, go to the Programs tab to see available certification programs, and select Enroll for the program you want.
If you use Intuit Accountant Suite
Point to Firm hub, then point to ProAdvisor, and select ProAdvisor training.
Select Start learning. You're automatically signed in to ProAdvisor Academy in a new tab.
From the My Hub page, go to the Programs tab to see available certification programs, and select Enroll for the program you want.
