If you already have QuickBooks Payments, follow these steps to connect your account to QuickBooks Online.

Already using another app? If you take electronic payments outside of QuickBooks, no problem. You might be able to connect your payment software and automatically pull your payment transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Go to Apps, select Find apps (Take me there), and search for your payment software.
