You can print these reports with gridlines:

• Profit & Loss Standard
• Profit & Loss by Class
• Profit & Loss by Job
• Balance Sheet by Class
• Payroll Summary

Here’s how to print reports with gridlines:

1. Go to  Reports and open the report you wish to see.
2. Select Print and then choose Report with grid lines.
3. Select the settings according to your needs.
4. Select Print.
