Manage ProAdvisor training for your team in Intuit Accountant Suite

Assign ProAdvisor Academy courses to your team members, track their certifications, and manage learning deadlines directly in Intuit Accountant Suite. You can assign and manage ProAdvisor Academy learning modules or full certification paths to your team from one dashboard.
Prerequisites
To manage ProAdvisor training in Intuit Accountant Suite, you must be assigned one of the following roles:Â
- Primary admin
- Company admin
- No firm access, account management only
Access the training dashboard
- Sign in to Intuit Accountant Suite.
- Select Team.
- Select Manage training.
You’ll see a list of all active users in your firm, with columns for Programs (certifications) and Courses (individual modules). By default, the list shows 10 rows per page. Use the pagination arrows at the bottom right to view more users.
Assign training to your team
You can assign training to individual users on their learning profile or bulk-assign to the entire firm. Once you’ve completed assigning content, your team members will receive an alert in Notifications..
Assign training individually
- From Manage training, under Details, select View link for the team member you want work with.
- Select Assign learning.
- Search for specific programs or courses and select the appropriate one.
- Optionally, add a Due date for each training you want to assign.
- Select Next.
- Review the summary of enrollments to verify your selection.
- Select Assign.
Bulk-assign training
Note that if a user has already completed the program or course you try to assign them, the system won’t assign it to them again.
- From Manage training, select the checkbox next to the team members you want to work with. You can select users across multiple pages.
- Select Assign learnings.
- Search for specific programs or courses and select the appropriate one.
- Optionally, add a Due date for each training you want to assign.
- Select Next.
- Review the summary of enrollments to verify your selection.
- Select Assign.
Monitor progress and view details
To see a detailed breakdown for a specific team member:
- Locate the user in the list.
- Under Details select View. This opens the detailed user view where you can track:
- Certifications earned: A summary of all completed credentials. If a user has tested out of a certification exam without taking the individual course modules, you’ll see the certification counted, but no individual courses.
- CPE Credits: The credits that can be earned for each module.
- Status: The state of the course. Includes Not started, In progress, Completed, or Past due.
- Time Spent: The time invested in each module.
Note: The email address shown here is the user's Auth ID (their system login). This may differ from the display email you set in the main Team display.
Troubleshooting
To update a due date, you must re-assign the content.
- Select the user, then select Assign learnings.
- Select the exact same Course or Program you previously assigned.
- Choose the new Due date and complete the assignment flow.
- Refresh your page. The status will update to the new date.
