Hire a candidate in QuickBooks Workforce Premium and Elite

QuickBooks Workforce Premium and Elite users can hire candidates directly from their job postings by moving them through the recruiting workflow. This process allows you to select an employment type and transition the candidate to the onboarding stage.

Transition a candidate to hire status

Follow these steps to hire a candidate from your active job posting.

  1. Go to All apps A bunch of numbers and letters on a tile wall., then Team, then Recruiting (Take me there).
  2. Select your job posting. 
  3. Select a candidate, then select Move candidate.
  4. From Select stage choose Hire, then choose the What type of employee will they be?
  5. Select whether to close the job.
  6. Select Save and continue.
  7. Continue onboarding your candidate and select Continue to onboard.
