Learn how to create an average days to pay report in QuickBooks Online.
Check out QuickBooks Payments rates and apply. Then, you can automatically process payments, deposit funds and record transactions in your books.
QuickBooks Online doesn't have a report on how long customers usually take to pay invoices. However, there are other ways to get this info to help them plan when to pay their bills. Here’s how.
Option 1: Export reports to Excel
Send reports to Excel and use it to create the ones you need.Â
Note: Intuit doesn't provide support in creating ‌formulas in Excel. You can only export a report to Excel one at a time.
- Go to Reports
, then Standard reports (Take me there). - Select a report similar to the one you want to create and customize it as needed.Â
- Select Export/Print and select Export to Excel.
Option 2: Use third-party apps
You can look in the QuickBooks App store for a reporting app to make this report.Â
Note: Some apps may charge separately.
