Switch between company files on the mobile app

If you have more than one company file in QuickBooks Online, you can easily switch from one to another in the mobile app.

If you're interested in support any time, any day, consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online Advanced.

iOS devices

If you're using an iOS device, follow these steps to switch companies.

1. From the Menu ☰, tap Settings , then Switch Company.
2. Choose a different company.

Android devices

If you're using an Android device, follow these steps to switch companies.

1. From the homepage, select the hamburger menu.
2. Select the All tab. You'll see the Switch company option toward the bottom.
3. Choose a different company.
