Get an early look at where your firm stands in the new and improved Intuit ProPartner Accountants program. By checking your projected tier during this preview window, you can explore the benefits unlocked at each level, see exactly what it takes to reach the next tier, and take proactive steps to raise your standing before the legacy ProAdvisor program officially sunsets in early 2027.

The ProAdvisor Program will be succeeded by Intuit ProPartner Accountants which includes a new tiering system based on your firm's certifications, product ecosystem adoption, and client relationships. While the program is in this preview phase, you can log into your ProPartner Accountants dashboard in IAS to review personalized, actionable recommendations to maximize your points. Taking action now ensures your firm launches into the new year at the highest possible tier you’ve earned.

Note: This preview is available to firms signed up for Intuit Accountant Suite. To reach a tier higher than Member, your firm needs at least one team member with an active certification in the past year (QuickBooks Online Certification, QuickBooks Online Payroll Certification, or Intuit Enterprise Suite Certification) and at least one connected client. Trial clients and QuickBooks Ledger clients don't count toward the connected-client requirement.

Before you begin

  • Your firm is signed up for Intuit Accountant Suite.

  • Your firm has at least one team member with an active certification (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Payroll, or Intuit Enterprise Suite) earned in the past year.

  • Your firm has at least one connected client that isn't a trial client or a QuickBooks Ledger client.

Troubleshooting common issues

Why is my firm still in the Member tier if it has enough points?

Points alone don't move your firm to the next tier. Your firm also needs at least one team member with an active certification and at least one connected client. If either requirement isn't met, your firm stays in the Member tier regardless of point total.

Why doesn't my point total reflect my firm's entire book of business?

If your firm operates from more than one QuickBooks Online Accountant console, your projected tier only reflects the spend and activity in the console you're currently signed in to. Use the Client Transfer Tool in Intuit Accountant Suite to consolidate your consoles so your projected tier reflects your firm's full book of business.
