Set your time zone in QuickBooks Time

Learn how to set your time zone in QuickBooks Time. 

Set your time zone

Note:  If you have the Allow mobile app to set timezone setting turned on in team member details, your team member’s timesheets display in the time zone they’re working in. This is helpful if your team members have to travel for work or work in a different time zone than the company’s time zone.

Account admins

1. In QuickBooks Time, select Company Settings, then select Time Options.
2. Select Date & Time.
3. For Time Zone, select your the desired time zone, and select Save.

Employees

1. If your admin lets you make changes to your own profile, in QuickBooks Time (on a computer), select your name, then select Profile.
2. On the Details tab, for Time Zone, select your time zone or Use Company Time Zone, and select Save.
