If you're part of the QuickBooks Solution Provider Program (formally known as the Intuit Reseller Program), you have a designated account manager.

Reach out to them directly for assistance. If you're not sure who your account manager is:

Sign in to the QuickBooks Solution Provider Program website with your Intuit credentials.
Go to the Business information tab.
See your representative in the CSM field.
