Apply Today for a $4,000 NASE Growth Grant for Your Small Business

Sponsored by QuickBooks® Self-Employed in March and April, Intuit has teamed up with the National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE) to support small businesses. Each month throughout 2017, one small business will be awarded a $4,000 NASE Growth Grant designed to help address a business specific need by growing and expanding their business operations.

“Intuit recognizes the opportunities the increasing growth and popularity of self-employment provides, which is why the company is committed to offering solutions that meet the self-employed’s unique needs,” said Liz Baker, senior business development manager, QuickBooks Self-Employed.“Working with NASE to sponsor the funds self-employed need through the Growth Grant program is a natural choice for our continued support of this dynamic workforce.”

Since 2006, the NASE has awarded over $600,000 to members through the Growth Grant program by providing small business grants. NASE’s Growth Grant program is intended for businesses planning to take the next step in their venture. It provides available capital for small businesses and sole proprietors to be able to hire and train additional employees, market their business in new and existing ways or invest in new equipment or software.

“As the leading advocate for the self-employed and micro-business community, we are honored to announce we are working with Intuit, which has helped millions of small business owners for years,” said John Hearrell, vice president of Membership and Affiliate Programs. “The sponsorship they are providing for these grants will allow us to support even more small businesses by helping them achieve their dreams and continue to usher forward America’s great entrepreneurial spirit.”

Applications for the NASE’s 2017 Growth Grant  program are currently being accepted from now through Dec. 31, 2017. Applications are considered on a rolling basis throughout the year and winning small businesses will be awarded $4,000 grants monthly throughout 2017. Visit the Growth Grant page for more information.
