QuickBooks partners with Stripe Atlas to help entrepreneurs launch their startups

More than 5.4 million entrepreneurs started a new business in 2021—a record-breaking year. This surge of new businesses began in 2020 when nearly 4.4 million business applications were filed, a 23% jump from the year before. And experts don’t expect the pace of new business filings to fall back towards pre-pandemic levels anytime soon. QuickBooks estimates as many as 17 million new small businesses could be set up in 2022—at least, that’s how many people say they want to start a business this year.

But starting a business is often easier said than done. Starting a new business can be intimidating for entrepreneurs simply trying to follow their dreams. There are forms to fill out, fees to pay, and legal complexities to navigate. It’s enough to discourage any new entrepreneur from making their dreams a reality. But Stripe Atlas is here to help.
