We heard your feedback and made a way for you to manage all of your payroll items form one place. QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium and Elite customers can now easily view and manage payroll deduction, contributions and pay time for multiple employees at once. We’ll be improving this feature over time, but for now we wanted you to get use to where to access it and how to find the payroll items you want to update.
See your pay items in one place
To use this new feature select Payroll then Employees and on the Employees page select the Edit payroll items button. You’ll then see all of your pay items including pay types, deductions and contributions.
