New Intuit QuickBooks Brand campaign highlights how its all-in-one platform powers untapped growth for businesses

It’s a well-known fact that it’s hard to run a business, but growing a business can seem even more overwhelming where every decision, dollar, and minute counts. Investing in the right platform is essential to helping businesses not only survive, but thrive. Central to this idea, Intuit QuickBooks’ new “Your Way to Money” campaign focuses on empowering business owners to take control of their business finances to unlock their path to growth.

The 'Your Way to Money' campaign creatively puts our customers front and center, telling the story of the unique journeys that varying businesses have on their path to growth, and how our business platform helps them.”


QuickBooks: Powering growth for small businesses of all types and sizes

Small businesses juggle a lot—including business tools, with a recent survey showing that on average, businesses use 10 different digital business solutions to manage operations, with costs averaging $10,000 per month (or $120,000 per year). Toggling between unconnected point solutions to stitch together data from multiple sources is time consuming and can be overwhelming, taking business owners’ precious time and focus away from growing their businesses. Having an end-to-end, connected business platform with QuickBooks means being able to manage things from one place, with the right capabilities integrated and ready for every stage of growth.

The “Your Way to Money” campaign focuses on all the ways QuickBooks works to seamlessly power growth for small businesses. Core to the campaign’s focus is the value that Intuit’s business platform brings to becoming a thriving business, regardless of growth or scaling challenges. The campaign depicts the power of Intuit’s business platform for QuickBooks customers, showing how it can assist with ongoing operations. Product benefits that are showcased by the campaign include:

  • Done-for-you experiences to get work done faster so you can grow your bottom line. Most small businesses spend time manually entering data, creating estimates and invoices, and paying bills, often lacking a connected solution that can do it all in one place. Intuit Assist for QuickBooks, a generative AI (GenAI)-powered financial assistant, transforms how businesses run and grow their business. For example, QuickBooks integrates AI directly into the cash flow management process to help businesses get paid faster. With Intuit Assist, invoices are generated instantly from emails, estimates, or even a photo of hand-written notes, and identifies overdue invoices and generates and sends invoice reminders.
  • Insights and Live Experts help businesses work like they have a larger team behind them. The challenges in managing the extensive amount of tasks and work needed to run a business call for business owners to lean on digital tools to make confident, data-backed decisions. QuickBooks offers insights through tools like the Cash Flow Planner, which projects a business’s finances and can help determine if it's the right time to bid a new project, buy a new piece of equipment, and more. Together, our trusted QuickBooks Live experts help business owners make confident, data-backed decisions, keep moving forward, and succeed at every stage.


About the campaign 

The “Your Way to Money” campaign includes three national television and digital ads, and was created in partnership with QuickBooks’ agency of record, FCB, as well as other cross-channel marketing agencies, including Access Brand Communications, Alma, Collectively, Hone, Initiative, MKTG, and Tyler Munson Design. Each ad spotlights the journey to growing a business within different industries, including construction, design, and beauty, and showcases the central role QuickBooks plays in helping business owners scale and find their way to money.


In addition to three ads, the campaign features social media, influencer, and custom content campaigns that bring the “Your Way to Money” concept to life, including:

  • A social campaign that activates across social media platforms to showcase how real small business owners power their growth using QuickBooks.
  • An engaging influencer program that brings authentic, inspiring success stories to life by celebrating the growth journeys of small business owners such as Julissa Prado, founder of Rizos Curls, who is also featured in one of the television spots. The campaign highlights how these entrepreneurs "own their growth" with QuickBooks, showcasing their stories through creative integrations across social platforms and digital media.
  • An NFL/FOX integration highlighting a New Orleans small business and QuickBooks customer, Kern Studios, as they prepare for this year’s Super Bowl in NOLA. The partnership with New Orleans Saints legend, Mark Ingram II, celebrates the growth story between Kern, QuickBooks, and the NFL. This integration was featured during the NFC Championship game on TV on Jan. 26, 2025, and on QB Social, NFL Social, Fox Social, and Mark’s Social.
