I'm happy to know that you found your card, slimdownbodywrap!

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support. They are the right people who can check your account and see if it is possible to reactivate your card. If not, you can request a replacement using the steps below.

  1. Go to the Cash flow menu and select QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. In the QuickBooks Debit Card section, select Replace card.
  4. Choose the best reason for what happened to your card and select Next.
  5. Review the mailing address and edit if necessary. Select Next.
  6. Complete the security step. Select Done.

You can also check the article about QuickBooks Checking and the Cash Flow menu for your further reference. Then, go to the QuickBooks debit card section to see more information about this service.

Feel free to share an update about your conversation with the Payments team or let me know if you have other concerns. Stay safe!
