Bank Feed error

I'm happy to help you figure out what is going on with your transactions that keep downloading again and again, but first, there are a few questions I need you to clarify. They'll help me determine what might have caused this issue.

• Are the transactions duplicating by twos, or are they random amounts of each?
• Can you provide a screenshot?

The answers and screenshot will allow me to see what's happening and what steps I can provide to help you fix the transactions. However, if you want to delete the duplicate transactions, you can follow these steps:

1.  Navigate to the Banking tab, hover over Bank Feeds, and click Bank Feeds Center.
2. Find and select the statement from the Items Received From Financial Institution section and press View.
3. Match the transactions and then choose Done.
4. Pick Yes in the Not Finished Matching screen. You'll then return to the Online Banking Center.
5. Look for the same statement from the Items Received From Financial Institution section, then hit Delete.

Now that you've deleted the statement, you'll prevent unwanted transactions from appearing the next time you download a statement. You may also want to check out this article about duplicate transactions too.
