When inputting an expense what category does shipping/postage come under?

Hello Eatskb,  You could use the shipping. freight and delivery expense account or the distribution expense account. If you go to accounting>chart of accounts new>expenses and in the detail type any you select will tell you what they can be used for. Those are 2 options. As we're not accountants we'd always also recommend confirming with an accounting professional.
