Help! I can’t access the app as it won’t load past the payment page despite telling me I already have a subscription to 2027. When I log in online I am told I don’t have an account. Not a great start - I am unable to progress at the moment.
Hello everyone, I can't log my account "plus" except from the pc i made subscription from,If i try to get a notification by mail or phone, it does not work & give a message that"We have received your request & will procced" then nothing happens. I need to log in from a different PC (without time overlapping of course), Pls assist. Also; I can't reach a hotline for assistance.

I don't see "Payment" under my account settings.
My QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification badge has not been issued to Credly. My Credly email matches my Intuit email. Please re-issue the digital badge.

I want to do Quickbook accountant online Proadvisor Advance , there isn't any option to do
We kindly ask that QuickBooks/Intuit: Remove EMAG Tech Solutions Ltd and the associated accountant user completely from our company file at the backend, as we are unable to delete them from the “Accounting Firms” list. Confirm our company as the sole owner, with no external firm or consultant having access. Review the consultant’s conduct and advise on any official steps to file a formal misconduct or fraud complaint if necessary. Provide clarity on the subscription records to verify whether payments were ever made by the consultant during the period in question.
I have already obtained the QuickBooks Accountant ProAdvisor Certificate after successfully passing the exam. Now I want to receive the Advanced Certification as well. However, this option is not available in my QuickBooks Accountant account. Could you please guide me on how I can access or enable the Advanced Certification?
