Hello, I'm using the QBOA version for certification, but I’m not able to see the ProAdvisor section. There’s only a Training section that includes the QuickBooks Online Accountant certification exam. If I pass it, will I still receive the ProAdvisor certification and badge?

Quickbooks is saying my accountant has access, yet when they try to log in they can't. They have told me this is due to me needing to change over to a different system due to my income however I haven't heard anything about this from quickbooks themselves

The Business Registration No (BRN) field in QuickBooks online under customer details is too short limited to 12 digits, but some of our customers have more than 12 digit. Because it is required field for e-invoice, so it becomes unable to submit.

I would like the certificate to be re-issued in my personal name, as I need to include it in my CV and professional portfolio.
