QuickBooks Online (QBO) has a few different tiers depending on your team size and what you need to track, and Intuit usually runs a 50% off for 3 months promo for new signups. You can check out the current rates here: QuickBooks Pricing.
When choosing a tier, look at it as deploying resources for an operation. You don't over-allocate assets you cannot use, but you never under-equip your team when entering difficult terrain.
I'll also share this article so you can compare the broader products in the Intuit lineup, like Online, Enterprise, and others, to see what will best suit your needs: Compare QuickBooks products.
Once you've decided what to purchase, you can always refer to RCV's post mentioned above to begin setting up your chosen subscriptions.
Let me know if you run into any specific questions or want a second opinion on which tier fits your workflow best. Good luck with the setup!
