I am raising a formal grievance regarding the latest QuickBooks upgrade.The system performance has collapsed. It is extremely slow. You cannot work productively anymore.I cannot pass basic entries. I cannot record bills. Reports take ages to open. Some reports do not open at all. Day to day accounting work has become impossible.This upgrade is a disaster. It has broken a product which was previously stable and efficient. Whoever approved or suggested these changes has damaged QuickBooks as an operational accounting system.Please do not respond by blaming browsers or internet speed. I have tested multiple browsers. I have tested multiple systems. I use high speed internet. The issue is your platform, not the user environment.Despite raising multiple complaints, there is no meaningful response. There is no fix.
