How to show validated E-Invoice QR code and ID on Printed Invoice

Thank you for inquiring with us about this great feature, ZS. Please know that adding a QR code and ID to printed invoices is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

Thus, I recommend submitting feedback to our product engineers so they can review and consider adding the option to add QR and ID to invoices in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Select the Help icon (for the old QBO interface) or Gear icon (for the new QBO interface) and choose the Feedback option.
2. Enter your suggestions in the Feedback field.
3. Select Next to send it.

Alternatively, you can visit our QuickBooks Apps and look for a third-party app that can help you add a QR code and ID to your invoice.
