To start, please know that antivirus programs may interfere with application performance. Please try disabling your antivirus software briefly to see if this improves the app’s stability. Also, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app to improve its performance:

 

• Install the QuickBooks Online for Mac app
• Download and use the desktop app

Alternatively, you could log into your QBO account through a web browser. If the problem persists, I recommend contacting our phone support. They have the right tools and expertise to help get to the bottom of this issue.
