Upgrade Quickbooks 2012 to 2016

I installed QuickBooks 2012 on a new PC and need to upgraade to QB 2016, the version my files are in. How can I access an upgrade?

 Intuit stopped support for 2016 about 4 years ago. You'd have to find a 3rd party seller with "old stock" as you can't get it from normal retail or Intuit anymore.
