Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, jlpuglielli. Let me discuss about notification from a customer's payment. Then, to ensure you can see how important this email is in managing customers' payments.
The option to disable email notifications when a payment is received is currently unavailable in QuickBooks. This is because receiving an email is important to see where the payment coming from to track your income accurately.
Meanwhile, you'll have the option to turn on and off your preferences in your QuickBooks Payment account. This way, you can get or not an email notification whenever funds are deposited into your bank account.
Select Yes under Receive Credit Card Deposit Notification in the Email Alerts section.
Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the notifications. Separate multiple email addresses with semi-colons.
Enter the email address in the empty box that appears when you click a notification's Yes radio button. Notifications go to the email address on file with Intuit Customer Service if you enter nothing.
Then, click Save Changes.
Move your cursor back over Account and pick Account Profile.
Locate the Contact information section and confirm your contact email address is accurate.
If updates need to be made, hit Edit to make changes and make sure to disable the settings. Then, click Submit.
Additionally, you can also get in touch with our Merchant Services Team for additional help. They can provide further details on how payment works using their services.
Stay in touch if you have additional questions about the customer's payment notification. I'll be happy to help you out. Wishing you and your business continued success, jlpuglielli.
