Can custom pricing be set up in QBO?

I see an option for price rules in QBO. Is this similar to Custom Pricing in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? I had a sales person tell me there was no such option now I'm confused.  FYI, I am a proadvisor an want to switch a client to QBO Plus.

With new Canada interchange surcharge fees: Does the flat 2.9% fee charged by QB count as my interchange fees? in which case I would charge the mastercard cap of 2.4%?

I am not sure if the 2.9% counts as my interchange fee, I know that technically the interchange fees that is passed on to the CC issuer will be different.  And if it is the case that I can only charge the specific interchange fee for a certain card, how can I charge them properly without first knowing what exact card my customer is using?

Hi all,If I record a purchase of materials, make and sell a product with those materials, and track COGS with each sale, am I double-counting the materials expense?

I'm concerned I'm deducting the cost of those materials from my income twice if I input them as a large purchase and then also track COGS.

In QBO, how do I write off an unpaid balance from a customer payment at the time of posting the payment?

I want to be able to write off the balance of a customer invoice related to a discount/fee at time of posting the payment. I don't see option to choose Discounts & Credits.
