Thanks for sharing the details of your concern, @DrStewart. I'm here to assist you in tracking your debt expense payments accurately.

First, let's try and review the reporting date of your expense transaction as it could be the reason why these payments aren't showing up on the report you are referring to. After doing so, and you still can't see it then we can do some basic troubleshooting to ensure that you can efficiently use and access QuickBooks Online (QBO) products and features. Start by opening an incognito window on your QBO account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

I would also suggest that you provide us some screenshot where you can't see the bill payments and the specific report that you mentioned so that we can properly address and guide you in resolving this concern.

In the meantime, I can share with you an article to enlighten you regarding missing expense transactions from your profit and loss report: Why are my income and expense transactions missing from my Profit and Loss report?

Feel free to leave a message if you still have any concern regarding your expense payments and in viewing your reports. Have a nice day!
