Can customer names be deleted or changed?

The option to delete customers is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You can only make them inactive or changed their names.

Here's how:

1. Click Sales in the left panel.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Select the customer's name you want to delete or change.
4. Hit Edit or Make inactive.
