Changing a name

I'd be glad to help out so you're able to change a name in your QuickBooks Online account.

So I'm able to give you the best info, in what area of the account do you need to change a name?

If you're referring to changing one of your customer's names, here's how:

1. Hover over the Sales tab in the left navigation bar, and click Customers.

2. On the Customers page, locate the customer that you'd like to change the name for from the list, or by searing for their current name in the search bar.

3. Click the customer's name from the list to open their profile.

4. Select Edit in the top right corner.

5. Change their name to what it needs to be. 

6. Choose Save when you're finished.
