Email Audit History

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @mlimberg89. I’m here to impart information about generating a report that shows when and who sent customers' invoices in QuickBooks.

In QuickBooks Online, only the Audit log contains records of all users’ activity. It showed when the events were created and who made them. 

You can use the Filter options to lessen the displayed information. Here’s how:

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Choose Audit log.
3. Use the fields to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Event.
4. Click the small settings at the top right to remove the unnecessary column.
