Funds held for over 1 year. Suing Intuit!

I have engaged an attorney and am prepared to sue Intuit for holding on to over $11,000 in legitimate revenue. I even have a letter written by the client attesting to the funds. After over 25 calls with Intuit customer support, I was told my funds should be released to my state 'lost funds' in the Spring. Spring has come and gone and there's literally NO tracking or information for where my money is. I am going to BBB just to be sure that our voices do not go unheard.
