How do I change my invoice logo?

Let me help you on how to change the logo in your invoice, @walker1008.

In changing the logo for your invoice, there are few limitations to this. First, one logo at a time can be uploaded, and the logo placement located at the upper left of the invoice cannot be changed. Secondly, the Image file must be on a .jpeg or .png format.

To change a logo using Web in logging in your QuickBooks Self-employed, here’s how:

1. From the left menu, choose Invoices.
2. Select Create Invoice or Edit existing one already created.
3. Click the Edit work info option at the bottom part.
4. Then upload the file and hit Save.

For QuickBooks Self-employed App, here’s how:

1. Go to the Settings from the left menu.
2. Select Your work info, then Edit your logo.
3. Choose to Pick a file, and you can delete the existing logo.
4. Then upload the file and hit Save.
