How do I change or remove a default product or service?

I created a service under Products and services called Credit Card processing fee and somehow it became the default so it is showing up in all my contractors time entries. How do I remove it or change it from being the default services?

Can you share with more details on which part of QuickBooks you're seeing the default product and services? I'd appreciate it if you could also add a screenshot. That way, we can provide you with the right response to address the issue.

I've attached a screen shot of what we are looking at in our time report. When someone does not select a product or service when inputing time it will come up as Expense Reimbursement. It used to come up as Hours if no product or Service was selected. Can I change the default Product or service back to the Hour option?
