Hi @mwoodcars,

You can print a customer statement either from the customer's profile or from the create button. Let me guide you how.

To print a statement from the create button:

  1. Go to +New.
  2. Under Other, select Statement.
  3. Choose a Statement Type, Statement Date, Customer Balance Status, Start and End Date.
  4. Hit Apply. Mark a Recipients (customer name).
  5. Click Print or Preview at the bottom.
  6. A PDF file will open, tick Print.

To print from the customer's profile:

  1. Go to Sales, and then Customers.
  2. Click the customer's name, then click the drop-down under the Action.
  3. Select Create Statement.
  4. A window will open, you can follow the above steps 3-6 to print.

I'm also attaching this awesome article for more information about creating and viewing customer statements. In case you need some additional reference, feel free to visit our page. Here's the link: Income and expenses.
