How to change format for proposals

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, ray. I'm here to assist you in changing the current format of your proposal.

Creating estimates or proposals in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential in providing your customers a quote, bid or proposal for a work that you plan on doing. Since you want to switch back to the old layout, we can:

1. Click +New on the left navigation panel.
2. Under Customers, choose Estimates.
3. On the upper right corner, click Old Layout.

However, I would recommend sending feedback if the option is no longer available. Here's how:

1. Within the Estimate window, click on Feedback beside the Old layout icon.
2. Enter your suggested concern. 
3. Click Submit Feedback.

You can also customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This can help you personalize your layout to enhance your business' communications.
