The error you’re seeing is caused by a missing or disabled Microsoft XPS printer, which QuickBooks Desktop uses to create PDFs. You can follow these steps to fix the error:
 

1. Type "Control Panel" in the Windows 11 search bar and select Open.
2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
3. Select Turn Windows Features on and off.
4. Enter your admin credentials, then select Yes.
5. Select the check box for Microsoft XPS Document Writer.
6. Hit OK.
