Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how I can create a report that shows all the customers that have not had any kind of transactions, so I can make them inactive?

Welcome to the Community, @sheppan

Currently, there is no direct report available to display customers that don't have transactions. However, you can manually check the Transaction list by Customer report and compare it to your Customer page/list to determine which of them needs to be inactivated.

Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Locate the customer's name not included in the Transaction List by Customer report.
  4. Tick the checkbox on all of the customers that don't have a transaction.
  5. Click on the Batch actions dropdown, then select Make inactive.
  6. If there's a prompt, click Yes, make it inactive, and done.

It's nice to keep your QuickBooks account organized to keep track of your customers. If you want to activate an inactivated customer, you can read and review this article: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.
