Schedule multiple bill payment to same vendor

The feature to schedule multiple bill payments is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @ggulley.

Although it would be convenient and time-saving, you can only schedule one payment for each bill at a time. Let me walk you through the steps of how:
 

1. In your QBO account, go to the Expenses tab, then select Bills.
2. Create a new bill or select an existing bill.
3. Select Schedule Payment or Save and Schedule Payment depending on what type of bill you’re reviewing:
   • If you create a new bill, you will have the option to schedule the bill right away by clicking Save and Schedule Payment.
   • For an unpaid bill, schedule directly from Expenses (Take me there), Vendors (Take me there), or Bills (Take me there).

You should signup for a separate Melio account for free to integrate with QBO. You will find "Multiple payments to same vendor" option and you just need to toggle on "Combine into one". Free and easy to manage.
